"The firewood I recently purchased was green and sold as kiln dried. It was pretty obvious as it was very heavy and clearly unseasoned. So I accept personal responsibility for buying it despite this purveyors promises. Maybe you will have better luck. Definitely inspect before you haul it away. Other than that, it was a generous face cord of nice hard wood. Just be prepared to season it."

Called several firewood suppliers but Michigan Fuelwood Products was by far the most informative and helpful. They delivered to Rapid River wonderful, dry firewood! The delivery guy is a gem also."
