"Travis Does not honor initial quote and will try to nickel and dime you for every little thing after the job was done. He ordered way to much sod which he would not discount (if he kept it) and then tried to take the sod away for free! When we refused he tried to charge us 20.00 for the pallet the sod was sitting on. He then charged extra material load fees because he was weeks late for the job and he had to haul away weeds (not in the original quote). When he was finally done he charged an extra 6% fee because "it was a small job". Again, nothing ever mentioned prior to or in the original quote. Do not use this company as he was trying the entire time to take advantage of my elderly mother. Very unprofessional, unreliable service! Picture below is the extra sod he bought and then tried to take (for free) after the job. Pallet not included. Guess we saved 20.00 there🙄"
