"I need to find some bricks to repair my home. Someone drove into my house and damaged the corner bricks. I was referred to Young brothers to find the bricks I needed . My home is 70 years old so I knew it might be a challenge. What a wonderful place they have a whole lot more than bricks. I was successful in finding a book that would match my home. Needless to say I was very happy. The prices were fair, no gouging I also needed to order a new Keystone for my fireplace. Eric was instrumental in having the vendor they work with get my order done so quickly. He called me early Saturday morning to let me know my order was ready. It was a week early!!!!! This allowed me to could come and pick it up. Now I’ll have the Keystone when my Mason comes to do the rest of the work. That simple , courteous and thoughtful phone call has saved me the several hundred dollars for an extra trip and charge from my Mason who would’ve had to come back again just to do the Keystone. It’s one of life’s simple pleasure to work with somebody who is excellent at what they do, who cares about their product and the people they’re working with. What a wonderfully human experience to work with the staff at Young Brothers in Lansing. Please make time to you walk through their store, they have amazing items that will bring you joy! "Waited 7 months for brick that are Not the same color as I ordered befor. They will not take it back and said basically we are screwed and stuck with a brick that does not match our other bricks. Offered no help at all. The factory that made our brick closed so this brick is from some other factory. If they had told me that I would of canceled long ago. Poor service. Pass on this company. They reassured me it would be the same or super close. Its totally different color. They said they didn't know about the factory till today, so how could I have known or had the chance to cancel my order. This company customer sevice stinks. They basically stuck us with their mistake. They messed up and I have to pay and be stuck with brick I can't use. You can say what you want , we were scammed by you guys. Basically if anything is wrong with an order your customers are screwed. I was aware of all sales final. I was not aware that I would still have to pay for something I did not order. Alittle different I could of handled, but a totally different color, texture and print. Thats a no deal. You can lean on your excuses all you want. You guys are not a good company and the customer sevice is very bad. Even laughing at us befor a word was spoken. That was from one of the owners. Never recommend this business."
