"What a great company! I ordered some wood for a Christmas gift and when it arrived we received two packages. Both were addressed to me, however when opening the second it was clear that it wasn't my order. I let them know and gave them the info on the order page and asked how they wanted me to go about getting it back to them so they could get it to the correct customer. They told me to keep the order and they'll be reshipping the other customer's order to them. The other order was significantly larger and more expensive than mine. I was shocked. My brother in law will be thrilled! This was my first experience with this company and I'm very impressed. The wood seems like really good quality and was protected well for shipping."
