"Great, great service on an older Heat-N-Glo radiant heat unit. Tech was informative and forthcoming about the condition of the unit (no replacement necessary at this time!). Thoroughly cleaned the unit, applied new embers, adjusted the logs to their manufacturer suggested configuration and repaired a small leak on the pilot tubing. HIGHLY recommend Motown Fire LLC. I did have to pay extra for the service call out of their normal mileage range but it was well worth it!"

"If you need your gas fireplace checked out give Motown fireplace in Chesterfield a call. They are very honest and quite reasonable. My fireplace was 30 years old and never had service. We hadn’t used it for three years. I decided it was time to go and see. about a new fireplace insert. Steve at Motown showed me all the different kinds and recommended that I send a picture of the fireplace to him. He called me back and said it still looked good and that it would probably last me another 20 or 30 years. He did recommend getting it serviced and cleaned so I had a young man by the name of Devon. come out and check the fireplace. He cleaned it up beautifully put some new burning embers in it and cleaned out the igniter and the logs and said that it was running fine now and that he really didn’t think that I needed a new one at the present. I was shown how to operate it since my husband used to do that and I knew nothing about it.He recommended that I use it for a few weeks and then make a decision. They know what they are talking about and saved me some money in the deal. Give them a try. I guarantee you’ll be glad you did."
"Extremely satisfied with my Motown Fire experience. Two other companies told me there was no way my propane fireplace could be fixed and said it would be well over 5000.00 to replace. Staff at Motown took a few days to look up parts, found them and scheduled a day to come out to and repair my issue. Service tech (Pete) arrived exactly on time, replaced a few items, cleaned unit and everything was working fine. I will highly recommend this company in the future. Excellent service, friendly and punctual. Prices were great too. Craig"
"MOTOWN FIRE is an absolutely great sales and service organization specializing in grills and fireplaces. A month or so ago they came out and fixed my gas grill and made it work like new. They were on time, professional and efficient, and the cost was reasonable. A few weeks ago we visited their showroom and today they came out and installed a new gas burner and fireplace logs in my former woodburning fireplace. Again... on time, professional, efficient, and all for a good price. Plus it looks great! Not hurrying things but, we're ready for winter!"
