"Today, May 1st, 2025, I had Creekside come out to refresh my gas fireplace we had them install five years ago. #1. My fireplace has been a quality since day one, it has worked and been used every day for five years. #2. Having a quality crew to service your product is just as important. Today, Randy and Caden came to my property, on time, in uniform. They were polite and well-trained. Now I have a well-restored Craftsman home with expensive furnishings over 100 years old, and I have spared no expense in its restoration; over 100k has been put into this project. Randy and Caden immediately put down a drop cloth and was careful in every way as they tore down the fireplace, well equipped with all the extras my fireplace needed today, since what was suppose to be a simple refresh turned into a more major replacement of parts, they had everything needed on their truck and both worked together diligently to replace and repair and rebuild my fireplace. Total professional at all times, these are the kind of service guys you would be comfortable with in your home. "Iknow this is long but bear with me...We bought a home last November 23 and hired maybe 5 different chimney companies for inspections. Cost about 1500. Unfortunately didn't know about these guys then. We hired one of the 5 and several thousand later had more damage than what we started with and were told a wood stove "couldn't be reinstalled" and we're sick with a hole in the chimney and more damage to the chimney. Hired Mike and his family and crew, explained the situation and just wanted an out side professional opinion. They came out within days and documented everything for us and lots and behold a wood stove was magically possible again. Mike came in on a weekend they weren't open to public to talk to us and help us pick out the best wood stove for our home. The ladies in the office were super sweet and accommodating and answer any questions we had without sounding irritated same with Mike and his wife who contacted us on their personal cells numerous times. They then created a time line and made it happen no matter what issues they encountered. After install was done Mike and his guys all went over thoroughly EVERYTHING with the new stove and told us to call with any questions. Hands down best experience I've ever had with not only a chimney and fire place install company but I can't say I've ever experienced this amazing level of service. If there is ever a question, chose Mike and his family and crew at Creekside!"
