"These are hands down some of the nicest and most helpful people with a great selection of pellets."
"My parents are elderly. The delivery driver put 2 tons of pellets in the driveway and left. My parents can’t carry 2 tons of pellets into the garage. They called and he was giving them attitude and then said he could come pick up the pellets after they have been waiting 2 weeks. It was very unprofessional and came off like her was a bully with his pellets. Do not recommend doing business with them."

"Great place, friendly people. last year I got by with home depot pellets but this year I decided to go with a more expensive pellet from Southern Maine Renewable Fuels. I chose the Vermont pellets and it was a huge improvement in my pellet stove. a lot less cleaning and more heat. I won't use the cheap pellets anymore now that I know the difference. I highly recommend Southern Maine Renewable Fuels and the quality of the pellets."
"The past 2 years we ordered envi blocks to burn in our antique 1910 parlor stove and they worked amazing! Ordering them and talking to Jim was very easy, and they delivered the pallets we ordered right to our driveway and it was all incredibly hassle free. This year we bought a pellet stove and I went to get pellets to try, Mark greeted me at the counter and is absolutely awesome! Friendly, very knowledgeable about the products and got me started with some pellets to try before I make a bigger order of one's we like the best.
