"Easy to order on the website, set a delivery time, they showed up early!!! Friendly drivers and dumped the wood exactly where I wanted it!"
"I ordered tree-length firewood through the website, selected from the available time and date, waited around all day... no delivery. I called the number given on the web search only to be told that they don't delivery tree-length firewood and was given the number of the company that does, left a message. My wife had sent an email reply to the order confirmation after learning that it hadn't arrived and received a reply stating that they don't deliver on Sundays and will reschedule delivery. Not pleased that I wasted an entire day waiting for a delivery that didn't arrive. I hope they can get their online ordering figured out. A very clunky, non-reliable ordering process and so far frustrating. Good luck! Edit: The company that is filling the order (Haslem Enterprises) gave us a 5% discount for the inconvenience and has scheduled a new delivery time. I'm changing the 1 star review to 3 stars for these reasons."
