"This company is awesome! They deliver on time! They deliver high quality, seasoned firewood. What I like is that there is a variety of different types of wood within the load of firewood. If you need firewood, give Robert a call! You won’t be disappointed! I wasn’t paid or compensated in any way for this review. Folks, please be reasonable. You can’t ask for specific log lengths. In a truck load of wood, the lengths of the pieces will vary. Also, the wood may not be 100% seasoned and may have some moisture in it. This is normal. It does rain and rain can get in the wood. I suggest purchasing your main firewood in the mid summer and stacking it outside to allow it to season fully. If you then need more firewood, buy it while you still have a decent amount of firewood left. I have read the 1 star review that was left and I must say that it seems highly unfair to me. The gentleman had some complaints about the firewood, which Robert addressed and even brought more wood back to make things right. Yet he still gets a 1 star review from this person. I’m in no way affiliated with Potomac Charcoal Company except as a firewood customer. Leaving 1 star reviews hurts peoples’ business, especially if they have gone above and beyond to make things right. My hope is that the gentleman who left that 1 star review will think things over and update that rating a bit. My wife and I both had an awesome business experience with Robert from Potomac Charcoal Company."
"Robert is top notch. Truly the definition of a man determined to be successful. I received a half a cord. His truck is getting some work done but that didn't stop him. Check out the pic.
