"What could be better! These guys exceeded my expectations. I called this morning at 10:41; Ben called me back at 10:49. We discussed what I wanted (half cord kiln dried) and covered logistics quickly - he'd send a text with link for payment when the delivery truck was on its way. Ben said delivery between 12:45 and 1:15. Guy showed up at 12:44, (early! - no waiting and wondering) dumped the wood and left. An hour and a half later we were done hauling and stacking under cover! Had to get it done before tomorrow's rain. 4 hours between initial call and everything delivered and stacked. Photos below for reference of how much wood a half cord is. A lot of evening fires for this winter's staycation."
"Submitted a contact request on their website Tuesday evening with an amount and timeframe I was looking to have wood delivered. This was around 8PM, thinking it would be the first thing they saw the next morning. I get a reply on Wednesday evening around 10PM with a price for wood with delivery, but only if I’m in their service area. I respond to accept the price at 6AM Thursday morning with my address and two telephone numbers they can call for questions about delivery. As of Friday at 7PM, I don’t have a response or a delivery, so I send another reply thanking them for their time. At 10PM Friday, I get a reply saying they’ve been too busy to email and they could possibly deliver today (Saturday) if that works. I reply 6 minutes later saying that would be fine and to let me know if there’s anything I could do to make it go smoothly. Currently 8PM on Saturday with no firewood, no email, no phone call. Won’t be getting business from me or my friends and neighbors if I can help it. Will definitely let everyone in my community association know that Blue Moon Farms is busy enough that they don’t need any additional business from us."

He resolved everything quickly, which I really appreciated. This is my third year trying different firewood delivery services, and his product has been the best so far.
