"One word HORRIBLE. Paid a premium for well below standard work. Cliff Given when you say you are going to do a level of work and then not do it, well that is cheating people. There are more issues than room to write, so here are the highlights. Did not put chairs under rebar or hog wire mesh panels, nor was going to wire them together. The wire is supposed to be in the top quarter of the slab not on the bottom doing nothing, no support. He said would pull it up while pouring, I watched, entire time, he did not. Didn't have enough concrete for the job, so a bad low area where finished. Humps and low areas everywhere, as can see in pictures of slab with retaining water. Differences of as much as an inch. Which I need a flat surface in shop floor to build projects, floor is so uneven. Air bubbles in the concrete. It's already cracking and surely will cause more cracking and failure of the slab over time. It's only been a couple of months, and it is falling apart on sides and cracking all over on top. No doubt will crumble when put weight on it, like vehicle/tractor. Didn't even get the measurement right, 30'x30' slab is now 29'11"x29'10". The prefab metal building is hanging off the sides. No drip edge, so water issues. Had some rocks in concrete which are breaking out on their on and causing holes everywhere. Did I mention that it's been only three months and already cracking and crumbling all over! The dirt work was poorly done. He did the plumbing using wrong parts and unable to put it in correctly. Also, three months later when the professional building installers were putting in anchor bolt wedges for the metal building installation. The bolts would not tighten up due to concrete would not hold. Cutting corners doing less work to put more money in his pocket and left me with well below substandard slab. Cliff Givens does not even deserve one star."
