"Been purchasing my firewood from Gary for many years now and they always fo a great job. I order delivery and stacking and the guys are nice and reliable. It always goes smoothly and quickly - perfect stacking job and they always get a nice tip. No complaints!"
"First I want to say, my mom has been purchasing your product for many years. Your service has been prompt and courteous but as a business, it's as it should be. In the years that my mom has purchased your wood product we have had to call to receive extra wood because almost every year we are well short after stacking it. You have been very good in bringing us extra at no charge to fill in what was originally shorted, but with that said, the amount of wood originally deliver shouldn't be short. This past year, 2024, the wood delivered was not only shorted... but we receive too much small wood and slash, (see photo 1). A 1/4 to 1/3 of the 4 cords we purchased was this kind of product, too much. I realize, in your business, slash is part of what happens... but if you had to stack wood on a 2nd or 3rd floor balcony in Mammoth, much of what I am using to make up the cordage we are receiving probably would not being used. Bottom line, it would be nice to receive far less of the too small of wood in photo 1 and far more of the larger wood in photo 2 or larger. I was talking to a friend that bought your product once. He told me he had the same problem. He said, "it is hard to stoke up the stove at night with small wood and have it last till the morning and not just a couple hours". I agree!"
"Best priced wood in the area. Kind of hard to find because it's in a commercial building area. Look for E19 and then look for a little shack with a "Firewood" sign. Someone will see you and help you out. Would definitely recommend for anyone staying 3+ night at the campgrounds."
